胎牛血清(Fetal Bovine Serum, FBS)是大多数细胞培养重要的生长支持物。天然来源的FBS会含有大量的外泌体(exosome)等囊泡(Extracellular Vesicles)成分。由于FBS来源的外泌体会对研究结果产生巨大干扰,因此,外泌体研究时必须使用去除外泌体后的FBS进行细胞培养。

| 产品说明
细胞在含常规FBS培养基中培养一定时间,细胞融合度约为60% - 70%时,移去原有含FBS的培养基,换成新鲜的含无外泌体血清的培养基,继续培养48h左右,细胞融合度达到80%-95%左右时,收取上清用于提取外泌体。
