2024年美国癌症研究协会(AACR)年会于美国时间4月5日-10日在美国加州圣地亚哥举行。Cancer research杂志发表了年会提交的摘要,我们从中检索了新一代空间组学技术Phenocycler-Fusion(PCF)空间单细胞蛋白组技术的应用案例。从检索结果可以发现PCF空间单细胞蛋白组技术已经被广泛的应用到多种类型的肿瘤研究中,并且通过联合其他空间组学研究人员深度解析了肿瘤微环境的异质性和对不同治疗策略响应的空间机制。我们整理了部分PCF空间单细胞蛋白组的应用案例,希望能为国内研究人员提供一定的信息参考。
