人类炎症因子抗体芯片 (QAH-INF-1、QAH-INF-2、QAH-INF-3)

      人类炎症细胞因子抗体芯片QAH-INF,适用样本数量较少,筛选炎症相关细胞因子种类较多的研究类型。该芯片在化学修饰的固相片基上共价结合高度特异的细胞因子捕获抗体,通过高亲和的配对二抗进行信号放大,以实现对微量细胞因子的有效检测。进一步,利用梯度稀释的标准品检测信号构建标准曲线,通过标准曲线拟合的方式,实现目标样本中多重细胞因子的准确定量检测。                

 

抗体芯片特点: 
         

  1. 每种抗体设置4次技术重复;

  2. 可根据研究要求定制个性化芯片;

  3. 双抗夹心&荧光检测法有效检测微量指标,下限达pg/mL;

  4. 50 μL的液质样本、200μg的总蛋白量即可完成多指标检测;

  5. 适用于血清/浆、培养上清及细胞、组织裂解液等多种生物样本;

  6. 可以有效避免采用传统方法所引入的批次间实验误差;

  7. 可最大限度扩大单个样本的信息量并可做不同分析物间的交互分析。
